Shipping

Harry’s Marine Life ensures prompt delivery of all orders through UPS Next Day Air®. Our commitment guarantees delivery by 12:00 noon or 1:30 p.m., with shipments carefully packaged in insulated boxes equipped with heat or ice packs as needed. The flat rate for shipping is $39.99 for all orders. If you place multiple orders within the same week, combined shipping is available.

Our shipping days are Monday through Thursday. For WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) orders, we promptly ship on the next available business day from the purchase date unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Before your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. This allows you to make necessary arrangements for receiving your order. If you anticipate being unable to receive your order on the specified date, please reach out to us so we can make alternative arrangements.

Additionally, we offer Local Pick-up at your nearest UPS Pick-up Location. Feel free to contact us to arrange a convenient pick-up time for your order.

How Can I Ensure I Receive My Preferred Color When an Item Is Labeled as “Assorted” or "Stock" ?

When species are offered as assorted colors or Stock, we cannot guarantee a specific color variant.

I Tracked My Order and There Is a Shipping Delay. Will My Fish Be Healthy?

Rest assured, Harry’s Marine Life carefully packs each bag with oxygen in case of transit delays. We recommend accepting and acclimating the delivery even if there is a delay.

When you introduce new aquatic life to your aquarium, their water chemistry might differ from what’s in your tank. Factors like temperature, pH, and salinity matter. Fish, invertebrates and corals are sensitive to these changes. Acclimation helps them adjust gradually to your aquarium’s conditions, reducing stress. 🌊🐠
