Description
The Flurry Clownfish (Amphiprion ocellaris), known for its beautiful and unique coloration, is a designer variant of the popular Ocellaris Clownfish. Its body features a striking snowy white base with distinctive black and orange markings, giving it a bold and elegant appearance that stands out in any reef aquarium.
Flurry Clownfish are peaceful and hardy, making them excellent choices for both novice and experienced aquarists. Like other clownfish, they can form a symbiotic relationship with host anemones, though this is not essential for their well-being in a tank. They are reef-safe and can coexist harmoniously with most other fish and invertebrates.
This species thrives on a varied diet of marine-based pellets, frozen foods, and occasional meaty treats like brine shrimp. Given their size and social nature, they do well in pairs or small groups, ideally in a tank with rock formations and open swimming areas.
