Description
The Fowleri Tang (Acanthurus fowleri) is a stunning and sizable member of the surgeonfish family, known for its unique color blend of blue, yellow, and brown. It has a graceful, elongated body and an eye-catching tail that showcases vibrant yellow accents. This tang is a beautiful and dynamic addition to large marine aquariums, providing both visual appeal and functional algae control.
As a herbivore, the Fowleri Tang primarily grazes on algae, making it a beneficial addition to reef tanks for controlling algae growth.
