Description

The Multi Bar Angelfish is a striking and elegant species known for its bold black and white vertical stripes that run across its body, complemented by a vibrant yellow face and fins. Its small to medium size and unique color pattern make it a standout addition to any marine aquarium.

Native to the coral-rich reefs of the Indo-Pacific, the Multi Bar Angelfish requires an aquarium with plenty of live rock for grazing and hiding. Although it can be housed in a reef tank, caution is advised as it may nip at corals and small invertebrates. A balanced diet of marine algae, spirulina, and meaty foods like mysis shrimp will help maintain its health and bright colors.

Reaching a maximum size of 4 inches, this angelfish is best suited for tanks of at least 55 gallons.
