Description
The Princess Parrotfish is a large, colorful species known for its vibrant shades of blue, green, and pink, often with striking blue stripes along its head and body. As an herbivore, it primarily grazes on algae and requires a diet rich in vegetable matter, which helps to maintain its brilliant coloration and overall health. Although generally peaceful, it may not be fully reef-safe, as it occasionally nibbles on coral polyps while foraging. With its larger size, this parrotfish needs a spacious tank with ample swimming room, making it an ideal addition for large, well-established aquariums.
