Description

The Purple Tube Anemone is a captivating marine invertebrate, recognized for its long, flowing tentacles and vibrant purple and green coloration. Unlike true anemones, tube anemones create a soft, tube-like structure in the sand where they can retract for protection. This unique behavior, along with their beautiful colors, makes them an attractive addition to marine aquariums, especially for advanced hobbyists.

Native to deeper reef environments, the Purple Tube Anemone requires a sandy substrate where it can burrow and secure itself.
